Her culinary journey encompasses significant experience at several prestigious venues. At the Ellenborough Park Hotel in Cheltenham, she honed her skills through practical training. She then made her mark at renowned gastropubs like the Slaughter’s Country Inn and Frog Mill, further solidifying her reputation in the industry. In 2025, she appeared on the BBC Great British Menu, representing the South West.
